Lee R. Lambert, has established the standard against which educators and practitioners in the field of Project Management are measured. As one of the founders of the original Project Management Institute’s (PMI)® Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Program® (1981), he is an honored and distinguished member of the project management community. Recognized as a PMI Fellow (2009), Lee has trained over 50,000 students, in 23 countries, on the value-added use of the project management process and its associated tools and technique. His unique training style creates an optimal learning experience and a fun educational environment, and earned him PMI’s Professional Development Provider of the Year (2007).
Lee started his career in project management in 1968 with General Electric and spent almost 20 years working hands-on with project management techniques and tools. During a distinguished corporate career, he held several senior project management positions with major U.S. corporations, including General Electric, Lawrence Livermore Laboratory and Battelle Memorial Institute.
He is a Past President of the Central Ohio PMI Chapter and has authored two books and more than 30 professional article/whitepapers. He is also PMI SME for the EVMS Practice Guide and the Project Estimating Practice Guide . As the creator of the “CommonSense Approach to PM”, no other educator/speaker can contend with his uncanny technical knowledge, unique material content and refreshingly entertaining delivery. Lee takes the saying; “Been there, done that, got the T-shirt” to the next level as he continues to “make a difference” in the Project Management world.

Ivan Moreira is native from São Paulo, Brazil, where he got his graduation in Electronics and worked in this field for five years. In 2001 he moved to Portugal and attended the Computer Science Management program at ISCTE in Lisbon. Obtaining his PMP certification from Project Management Institute and the ITIL Foundation in 2011.
In his career, in the last 18 years, he has been involved in large-scale projects for high-profile corporate clients in the energy, oil, healthcare, public administration, transport, finance, and retail sectors, and is currently working in the cybersecurity field in the healthcare industry where he helps to define and implement the projects aligned to the company’s strategic portfolio.
His goal and interest is to contribute significantly to the advancement of project management best practices in information technology by creating clear and concise innovations and making them available to those who need them most to improve the Key Performance Index in organizations.
Passionate about helping the community and people around him, he volunteered at Toastmasters International in many roles, and lastly as Division Director. As a member of Project Management Institute, he works closely with PMI Romania Chapter sharing project management knowledge, providing technology advice, blog author for PMI Budapest, and as a mentor for students of post-graduation in project management at PUC Minas university in partnership with PMI-MG in Brazil.
Internationally recognized global speaker, during the last years, he has been invited to share his insights and knowledge in the project management field on various occasions in multiple countries, including Brazil, Angola, USA, Romania, Ukraine, and Greece.
